After completing your payment, please go to My Account → Orders to check your order status. Refer to the instructions below based on the status of your order:

  • If your order is marked as Completed, you can access the product immediately. In case you do not have access to the Google Drive link, please enter your order number in the note section and clicking “Request”. The wait for us to grant you access manually as soon as possible.
  • If your order shows as Processing, it means we are currently handling your order. Please allow us up to 24 hours to complete the process and deliver the product to you.
  • If your order shows as Pending, it means the payment is still being processed. Please wait for a notification from the payment gateway — the waiting time depends on the gateway you selected. Once the payment is completed, the order status will be updated to Processing or Completed.
  • If your order shows as On Hold, it likely means your payment was not successfully completed. Please double-check whether your payment went through. If you have already made the payment, please contact us for support.
