• You already accessed or downloaded the product
• Claims made after 72 hours of purchase without valid reason

Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully read the product description before purchasing and take full responsibility for your choice. We reserve the right to refuse any refund that violates our terms or appears to be fraudulent.
